InvitationsAs a crafty person, I knew even before we got engaged that I would want to create my own invitations. I loved the idea of having complete control of design, wording, and assembly. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, so this was perfect for me! |
After countless hours of researching, designing, printing, shopping, assembling, posting, and addressing, my beauties are FINALLY ready to meet our guests. It was an incredibly time consuming process, but I could not be happier with the results!
I've had a few people ask about the cost breakdown for this project, so here is that information:
Cost Breakdown: Black cardstock (174 sheets): $38.50 White cardstock (250 sheets): $5.48 Adhesive (6 packs): $15.90 Envelopes (100 4bar, 100 A7): $47.51 Printing: Free (used student print center) Subtotal (without postage): $107.39 or $1.07 each Postage: $90.20 GRAND TOTAL: $197.59 or $1.98 each When I priced it out to buy them, I couldn't find a better deal than around $3 each (before postage), so the savings were worth it! Here are my resources for this project:
Black Paper (PaperTrey Ink), White Cardstock (Wal-mart), Adhesive (Wal-Mart), Envelopes (Envelope Mall) |
